About me

A few words about me

Life long athlete and experienced trainer

I am a certified peronal trainer and certified Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms).

I have been involved in sports and recreational activities such as soccer, cheerleading, & weightlifting for over 20 years.

I started to take my health and fitness more seriously in 2018. I trained alongside fitness trainers and got myself certified to help others make a change towards living a lifestyle of wellness through movement.

Health and fitness help me feel good and look good. It reduces stress, keeps my joints healthy, and allows me to move freely and lift everyday objects with ease.

I believe fitness is a great platform for us as a community to set realistic goals for ourselves, achieve those goals, and develop greater confidence and love for our mind and body.
