A few words about me
Life long athlete, experienced trainer, and injury management coach
My name is Clinton Bernard and I’m not just another certified peronal trainer, I am an FRC mobility specialist (Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist).
What does that mean?
It means that I have an unmatched passion for helping others move their bodies pain free. My approach focuses on improving joint mobility – this includes joint health, strength, range of motion, and flexibility – on top of muscular strength training.
Through years of doing gymnastics, cheerleading, soccer, and weightlifting, I hold a deep understanding of movement patterns, strength training, and injury prevention techniques.
Exercise helps you feel good, look good, reduce stress, regulate hormones, and maintain your health. When you set a goal and achieve that goal, you continue to develop self-confidence and self-love! Invest in yourself like you invest in other businesses.

If you prefer undivided attention from a coach, do private 1 on 1 training.
If you and a group of friends want to train together, do group training.
Please cancel or reschedule a session 24 hours in advance or you will be charged a no show fee of 50% the session price
You can reschedule the training session for another day without being charged a no show fee
I train out of Unity Toronto located in Scarborough, 30 Bertrand Avenue unit C7
Bring a water bottle, running shoes or comfortable shoes, exercise clothing, and an open mindset
